Ingredients
All you need for this simple recipe is fresh fruit!
- 2 red apples, chopped
- 2 green apples, chopped
- 1 pint fresh blueberries

- 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced (or a 15 ounce can of mandarin oranges)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

Recipe Notes + Tips
- Soak the fruit in a vinegar and water solution before preparing.
- Fresh apples brown quickly, but the lemon juice will slow down the oxidation and keep them looking fresh.
- For best results, stir the fruit gently so you don’t bruise the blueberries and strawberries.
- The sooner you eat the fruit, the better. Chill until ready to consume (up to 3 hours before eating).
