How To Make This Easy Fudge Recipe
Step By Step Instructions With Photos:
First, grease an 8×8 pan with butter and then line with parchment paper, making sure some of the paper overhangs the edges of the pan. This will allow you to easily remove the fudge and slice it into squares.
Then microwave the semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk at thirty-second intervals, mixing well after each interval.
Finally, pour the gooey goodness into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth out the fudge batter, make it as even as possible.
You’ll need an hour to let this rich fudge set up, and then you can cut it into squares and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- Feel free to use a double boiler instead of a microwave for melting the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk
- You can sub milk or dark chocolate for semi-sweet morsels if you prefer
- You need at least an hour for this dessert to set: give yourself enough time
- For creamy fudge, mix very well so the chocolate mixture is completely melted
- Serving size will depend on how you large you slice the individual pieces
- This fudge can be made on the stove top or the microwave- pick whatever method works best for you.
