3 tbsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1.5 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tsp black pepper optional
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the spices with a fork or small whisk until all clumps are removed and spices are blended.
