Instructions
Core the pineapple and chop into bite sized pieces. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwis. Remove the skins from the oranges.
1 pineapple,
5 kiwis,
6 mandarin oranges,
1 pint strawberries
Add all fruit to a large bowl.
Zest two limes and add the zest to the fruit bowl. Then squeeze the lime juice into the fruit.
1 lemon,
2 limes
Add 1 tablespoon honey and the juice of one lemon. Use a spatula to mix the fruit very carefully until everything is covered in the dressing. Enjoy!
Notes
Add in your favorite tropical fruits: mango and papaya are great additions.
Gently stir the fruit so you do not bruise it.
