Bird Nest Cookies For Easter
An easy, NO BAKE bird nest cookie recipe with just four ingredients. Featuring semi-sweet chocolate, crunchy noodles and Cadbury eggs, this is a sweet Easter dessert that will delight your guests.

- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz butterscotch chips
- 10 oz chow mein noodles (dry)
- 36 mini Cadbury eggs or other candy eggs
Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a large, microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals, stir with a spatula, and heat again until the chocolate is completely melted.
Stir the chow mein noodles into the melted chocolate mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop two tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the parchment paper. Form into a nest shape, then top with 3 candy eggs. Repeat the process for the remaining cookie batter.
Let the cookies firm on the countertop OR put them in the fridge for an hour to firm them up. Enjoy!
