Best Paleo Hot Chocolate

- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate collagen powder
Add 2 cups almond milk to pan
Turn on stove to medium heat
Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Add 1 tbsp collagen powder
Whisk well until hot cooca is desired temperature and powders are dissolved
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or, sugar-free chocolate chips, or coconut whipped cream for extra indulgence!
You can easily half or double this recipe by following a ratio of 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1/2 tablespoon collagen powder to 1 cup of milk. I have tried different variations and this tends formula results in the best consistency (for my tastes).
