Honey Lime Fruit Salad

This easy honey lime fruit salad is a fruity, delicious side for summer! This simple fruit salad recipe features honey, blueberries, limes, and strawberries.

Equipment

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula for mixing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups red or green grapes sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest or more for extra zing
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Chop or slice the blueberries and strawberries.
  • Add all of the fruit into a large bowl.
  • Add two tablespoons honey, two tablespoons fresh lime juice and two teaspoons lime zest into the bowl with the fruit.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Enjoy immediately for best results!

Notes

  • Stir the fruit gently so you do not crush the berries. 
  • For best results, consume this salad within one hour of mixing.
  • Use firm fruit as it will hold up better than soft. 
  • Mix up this salad with new fruits: mandarin oranges or kiwi are our favorite. 
  • Vegan option: swap out the honey with agave.
