2tbspsalted butterIf you don't have salted butter, add in 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the batter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt two tablespoons of butter and let cool slightly.
Add 200 grams of sourdough discard and 1 tsp herbs to butter and whisk well.
Spread the batter in an even layer over lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and score.
Bake for 30-45 more minutes, the crackers are done when golden brown on the top. The thickness of the batter will affect how quickly the crackers bake!
Notes
Oven temperature and thickness of batter varies, affecting bake time. For best results, keep a close eye on your crackers and remove from oven when they are lightly golden brown.If you don't have salted butter, use non salted and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the batter.Spread your mixture as evenly as possible for an even bake.
