Sourdough Discard Pizza Biscuits
These quick sourdough pizza biscuits are a delicious alternative to pizza! Filled with pepperoni, cheese, and herbs, these mouth watering biscuits can be made in under 30 minutes.

- 1 cup sourdough discard flat, runny
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped olives optional
- 1 cup pepperoni slices chopped
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne optional
- 1/4 tsp garlic spice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, oregano, cayenne and salt together in a large or medium bowl.
Add the sourdough discard, melted butter, pepperoni, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the bowl and mix well with a spatula. You may need to use your hands to blend everything together.
Divide the dough into 9 or 10 balls and set them on the pre-lined baking sheet a few inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown and the biscuits is slightly firm to the touch.
Feel free to sub pizza seasoning for the oregano, cayenne and garlic.
