Easy Sourdough Croissant Bread Recipe

This easy sourdough croissant loaf is flaky, buttery and delicious. 

You need sourdough starter, butter, water, bread flour and salt. 

Mix all of the ingredients together except the cold butter. 

Add in the butter during the stretch and folds.

Let the dough bulk ferment on the counter, then shape and transfer to the fridge. 

Place in a cold Dutch oven and bake.
